Twelve years behind the chair. Trained in classical foiling and added balayage and lived-in technique through the back half of the 2010s, when colour started moving away from chunky highlights toward something quieter and more wearable.
The chair runs Tuesday to Saturday on Davie Street. Most appointments start with a real conversation — what was the last colour, what's been done at home, how often is realistic, what did the last salon get wrong. Then a plan, in plain language, with a price quoted before any product touches hair.

Three things that show up every appointment.
Slow over fast.
An hour with the foil board beats forty-five rushed minutes. Time gets quoted up-front so we don't run over.
Healthy before pretty.
If a colour will damage hair too much to wear well, you'll hear that. Bond protectors and good aftercare aren't extras — they're standard.
Honest pricing.
A consultation produces a number. The number doesn't change at the till. If the work shifts mid-appointment, we stop and re-quote first.
The studio

A bright, glass-fronted shop on a quiet corner of Davie Street, three blocks from the seawall. Eight chairs, big mirrors, good light from the south. A working salon — not a destination spa. Coffee on offer, water in the fridge.
